Every collection begins long before the first garment is sewn. It starts with conversations around our studio, little notes scribbled into sketchbooks, books left open on the table, and long walks where colors, textures and ideas find us.

Some seasons begin with a feeling, others with a place. This autumn, everything seemed to lead us back to one small bird that has inspired people for centuries - the swallow. 

From its quiet trust in changing seasons to its remarkable journey home, the swallow became a gentle thread running through our entire collection. Along the way came new colours, timeless silhouettes, thoughtful details and a few new companions we can't wait to introduce. 

The swallow has long been a symbol of hope, renewal and homecoming. Every autumn, these tiny birds begin one of nature's most remarkable migrations, travelling thousands of kilometres before returning to the very places they know so well. 

Their story reminded us that every season asks something different of us. Sometimes it invites us to move forward. Sometimes - it calls us home. That gentle trust became the heart of our Fall & Winter 2026 linen vision, named 'Like a Swallow', inspiring everything from our storytelling and embroidered details to this season's collectible lovely Swallow pin. 

Colors We Collected This Season 

Every collection begins outdoors. We notice changing skies, the first fallen leaves, moss after the rain, gardens slowly preparing for rest, and the last flowers holding on before winter arrives. It reminds us that beauty never rushes and that every season carries something worth noticing. 

Nature has always been our greatest mentor. 

This season welcomes Moss Green and Olive Green, inspired by forests and soft moss beneath our feet. Indian Ink brings the depth of evening skies, while Dahlia Red and Wild Plum echo the rich colors of late-summer gardens preparing for autumn. 

Alongside these solid shades, you'll discover Sky Gingham, Blue Gingham, Twilight Tartan, Willow Plaid, Leaf Dance, Ember Check and our delicate Wild Plum Bloom prints. Together they celebrate changing landscapes, cozy cottages, countryside walks and the gentle transition from one season into the next. 

Our colors are never chosen simply because they are beautiful. Every shade captures a moment in nature, and every name becomes part of the story. 

New Companions Have Arrived 

Alongside many familiar favorites, this season welcomes several new designs that have been growing in our sketchbooks. 

Wander arrives as both a dress and a blouse, bringing a timeless sailor collar that feels both nostalgic and fresh. It carries a gentle sense of adventure while remaining unmistakably feminine, equally at home in the city, by the sea, or layered beneath knitwear as the weather turns cooler. 

Dawn Dress is one of our softest new silhouettes. Its beautifully gathered neckline allows the linen to drape naturally, creating movement that feels effortless and elegant. It is the kind of dress you'll instinctively reach for, whether you're heading to work, meeting friends or celebrating something special. 

Oh, the elegant Margot Dress, it celebrates timeless femininity through clean lines and a beautifully open back. Refined from every angle, it brings together quiet confidence and graceful simplicity, creating a silhouette that feels equally at home at intimate celebrations, slow dinners or any moment when understated elegance says more than elaborate details ever could. 

After many requests, we're delighted to introduce Edith Pants. Named after the unforgettable Edith Piaf, they combine a flattering high waist with a comfortable elasticated back, creating a silhouette that feels both elegant and wonderfully easy to wear. 

Our Moor Coat and Jacket offer a calmer take on outerwear. With clean lines, an understated neckline and timeless tailoring, they layer beautifully over dresses and knitwear while keeping the distinctive Son de Flor character. 

As the days become cooler, Nida knitwear joins the collection with sweaters, shawls and scarves crafted from beautifully soft Italian mohair yarn. The yarn is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and responsibly sourced.

To achieve the lightness, softness and durability we were looking for, it includes a small percentage of polyamide - a thoughtful choice that helps these pieces keep their beautiful shape and accompany you for many seasons. 

Woven Close to Home 

Every Son de Flor garment begins with one remarkable fibre we happen to admire each season more and more - Linen. 

Naturally breathable, durable and beautifully softening with time, linen becomes more beautiful the longer it is worn. We have always believed clothing should accompany us through life rather than just a few seasons.

Our 100% linen is woven here in Lithuania by a trusted local partner with whom we've worked for many years. Keeping production close to home allows us to support local craftsmanship, oversee every step of the journey, and preserve one of Lithuania's oldest textile traditions. 

The linen we use is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. At the same time, our fabric partner is also a member of the Alliance for European Flax-Linen & Hemp and Sedex, reflecting a shared commitment to responsible sourcing, transparency, and ethical manufacturing. 

Our knitwear is created entirely in Lithuania by an experienced local knitting house, and every Son de Flor garment is designed, cut, sewn, and carefully prepared in Kaunas before beginning its journey to women around the world. 

Nine Years Together 

This year marks our 9th anniversary. What began as a small family dream has grown into a beautiful community of women who believe clothing can be timeless, practical, and made to last. 

Looking back, we realize we have never simply been making dresses. We have been creating companions. Linen pieces that travel through life's changing seasons, soften with time, collect memories and hopefully become part of the stories we live every day. 

That remains our promise today, just as it was nine years ago!
