We hope you love our garments as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Son de Flor garment (s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be your responsibility.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have up to 30 working days after the day of delivery of your order to return the product and receive a refund, provided that the returned product is in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt. This means that the product should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please kindly note that returns with signs of use will be rejected.
We do not accept returns on Gift Cards or items purchased during the launches of our Pre-Loved Collections.
The refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for the garment(s), meaning the shipping costs (of both ways) will not be refunded and remain the client's responsibility.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (and in any case, no later than within 30 days of receiving your returned product and the completed Return Form). We will provide a refund trying to use the same method used to make the payment. In case you have selected to receive the refund for the returned item as store credit, you will receive an additional 10% discount for a future purchase along with the price of the returned item.

How to return?
- Fill in our Product Return Form online at https://sondeflor.myreturnscenter.com/, or print and complete the one included bellow.
- Choose between exchanging item for another, receiving store credit for the same amount of the return plus 10% off your next purchase or return the item back to us completely.
- You will receive an email with Confirmed Status of your online Return Form & shipping instructions which you have to follow.
- Pack the product that you want to return according to instructions given & don't forget to add a paper Return Form, if you didn't fill the online one.
- After sending the package, please come back to Product Return Form and include the package tracking number. The package should be sent to the following address:
