How about a week-end with raspberry jam biscuits? We will need 300 g butter, 250 g sugar, 5 egg yolk, 500 g wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 2 tea spoons of vanilla sugar, some sugar powder and raspberry jam.


Whip warm butter to become friable, add sugar, egg yolk, salt and vanilla sugar and mix all the ingredients till the solid mass. Add flour and mix everything. Put the dough to the nutritional film and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Once taken out of the fridge, roll the dough and make 4-5 mm sheet to cut the biscuits of the willed form. Take half of the biscuits and cut out a hole. Put all the biscuits to the oven and bake in 180 temperature for 15-20 minutes. Once ready, cover solid biscuits with raspberry jam, put the biscuits with a hole on top and spray the pair with sugar powder. Bon appétit!
