Fall Linen Clothing: Welcome, Dear Fall of 2020!
So many amazing things we take for granted, forgetting all the brave and courageous women who fought ever so hard for us to call it the norm of today. Inspired by their biographies, stories, heritage, and style, we continue our journey of timeless linen clothing into the Fall-Winter season with deep Earthly tones, iconic styles, and time-proven plaid patterns.
Among our FW20 News, please meet our double-layered linen Austen Coat, meant for colder days, which will complement beautifully any of your already owned Son de Flor dresses as well as your casual daily wardrobe.
The new Marie Dress, elegant and yet so powerful, with a full circle skirt and an attachable Marie Collar named after Marie Curie, Noble prize winner, who among many discoveries, contributed so much to finding treatments for cancer.
The new iconic Emily shirt cut for a tailored fit that goes perfectly with our Peg Leg trousers as well as Classic Skirts & Pinafore Dress!
We also present so many Son de Flor favorites coming in new colors. Take a look at our Classic Dress in Marsala, Peg Leg Trousers in Black Pansy, our Classic Peter Pan Jacket in Blue Tartan, and Tailored Wrap Dress in Evergreen. We hope these deep Earthly tones to bring peace, tranquility, and inner calm to all of you this season.
Quite a few Son de Flor iconic styles are coming in time-proven classic plaids this season, singing of the highlands of Scotland and meadows of Ireland. And no, we did not forget our twill linen line, which will hopefully continue bringing joy to all the lovers of linen in the cold season!
Talking about the cold season, it’s a common misconception that linen is only a summer fabric. True, it’s breathable, cool, and comfortable on hot days, but the strong flax fibers make it durable for cold days, especially when layered smartly! Our successful 5th FW season in a row proves our classic styles are wearable all year round and season after season!
If you do not trust linen to keep you warm this season, we are introducing two new styles in premium Italian wool, it’s a high waist Riverside Sweater and a Lotta Poncho. We hope they would keep you comfortable and extra worm on frosty days!
