Here we are again.

Nature is still sleeping, wrapped cosily in snowy sheets, and yet — the days are stretching longer. Birds have begun their soft conversations, chirping and gently cuddling our hearts with those small, faithful sounds that say: something is changing.

Slowly, we too are waking from winter sleep. And oh - what a sleep it was!

For Son de Flor, this winter felt like a beautiful dream, but also an intense one. So much unfolded in the world, and for us it became a season of learning how to adjust - story-wise, communication-wise, rhythm-wise. Learning again how to listen. How to move with the cycles rather than against them.

Our small Spring/Summer moment arrived already in January, with the launch of the My Mulberry House x Son de Flor capsule. That collection was made for you and also for us. A quiet offering to enjoy while the world was still resting. While wardrobes were being cleaned, memories folded, space made for what comes next.

Now we gently open the second chapter of SS26. Some might call it SS26 Essentials. Others might say Pre-Spring. On our side, we simply wanted to share a carefully chosen selection of our time-proven icons - the styles that have stayed with us for years, returning again and again to the top of your favorites.

We love working with linen. A fabric that has not truly changed since our ancestors wore it. What may have evolved is the technique - a little more refined, a little faster - but the essence remains the same.

Did you know that linen did not lose its place in fashion because it lacks beauty or value? It lost ground because it cannot be rushed. It cannot be fastened. For a fast-changing fashion field, linen is simply a bit too slow. Flax needs time to grow. Linen needs time to become cloth. And because of that, it is more expensive. And because of that, it is precious.
