And this May, we turn our attention to something just as important, but often less visible - her rhythm, and the way she moves within her life, every single day.

We often speak about cycles in larger, more poetic ways - about the turning of the year, about how winter gives way to spring, how everything slowly ripens into summer and gently softens into autumn, and about the rhythm of the month, the quiet intelligence of the body, and the unseen tides that rise and fall within us.
